Issuers – These are both Registered and Active users who have applied and intend to participate in the raising of capital. Depending on the Pathtide service subscribes for, we may collect some information as follows;

- Offering Info
- Questionnaire. Responses to questions before creating profile to guaage an Issuers readiness to raise capital on the Platform
